3 Foreign Pros Named In Falconets Sqaud For U-20 World Cup



Falconets coach Peter Dedevbo has included three foreign-based players in his final squad of 21 ahead of the 2016 FIFA Women's U-20 World Cup in Papua New Guinea as from the 13th of November, 2016.

The pros are goalkeeper Christy Ohiaeriaku from Swedish club IFKL Stersund and strikers Chinwendu Ihezuo from BIIK Kazygurt of Kazakhstan and Aminat Yakubu of Minsk FC based in Belarus.

The Nigerian contingent is expected to jet out of the country on Sunday evening as they hope to improve on the team's runners-up finish at the 2014 edition in Canada.

Their opening match is against Japan on November 13 before matches against Canada and Spain respectively to complete the group phase matches.
