Ivorian Legend Drogba To Leave Montreal Impact At The End Of The Season

Ivory Coast legend Didier Drogba has confirmed that he would leave his Montreal Impact club in the Major League Soccer (MLS) at the end of the season.

The 38-year old made this known following his Canadian side's 3-2 win over Toronto FC in the first leg of the Eastern Conference finals in a game, which saw the former Chelsea and Marseille striker enter the fray as a 71st minute substitute in front of a sell-out crowd of 61,000.

On his future after Tuesday's win, Drogba said: "There's still one or maybe two games to go. Next week's game is more important than if it's finished or not.

"Everyone knows it was my last game here. Now let's focus on the semi-final."‎ he further added.
