Turkish Side Fenerbahce Condemn United To A 5th Straight Away Loss In Europe With 2-1 Win

Turkish giants Fenerbahce piled more woes on Manchester United and their manager Jose Mourinho after an impressive 2-1 home win over the 20-time champions.
Fenerbahce made a fast start as early as the second minute through Senegalese forward Moussa Sow, who scored a superb goal and United were soon dealt a further blow through an injury to French midfielder Paul Pogba before the interval. Dutch ‎winger Jeremain Lens scored a second goal for the hosts just before the hour mark but substitute Wayne Rooney reduced the deficit for Jose Mourinho's side with a minute left however it proved to be just a consolation for the Red Devils.‎

Manchester United have now lost five consecutive away matches in Europe for the first time by virtue of the defeat and they face an uphill task to qualify for the next stage of the competition in 3rd position behind Feyenoord and Fenerbahce.
